Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
Weave Residences – East Coast, nestled on Still Road, comprises 93 self-contained homes, varying from studios to two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with personal pools. The homes, which are open for booking, have a starting rate of $3,700 each month, with a minimum six-month stay.
“Our objective is to satisfy the demands of individuals and households looking for greater than just an area to live– through these brand-new open we aim to supply an encounter that enhances their lives,” says Doshi.

The property is located inside 10 minutes’ walk of Marine Parade MRT Stop on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also near leisure and lifestyle centres such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.
Meanwhile, Weave Suites – Hillside is located on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites ranging from open-plan workshops to one and two-bedroom layouts.
Amenities at Weave Suites– Hillside contain a gym, yoga exercise studio, exterior terraces, and open-concept lounges. There are also co-working spots, private meeting rooms, and recreation spaces complete with a games room, karaoke workshop, and a theatrette.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living now has 3 real estates in Singapore. Its initial is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key property on Jalan Sultan, that opened up in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had jointly acquired the property, formerly called Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
“With the introduction of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are lifting luxury and serviced living, providing a new standard of living and freedom that meet the varied demands these days’s contemporary tenant,” states Sachin Doshi, founder and group chief executive officer of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 news release.
Rental accommodation provider Weave Living has released two new flagship real estates in Singapore, based in the East Coast and Mount Sophia places. According to the group, the dual release is part of its ongoing business expansion in Singapore and across the broader Asia Pacific region.
The residential or commercial property was previously known as Citadines Mount Sophia. A mutual enterprise consisting of Weave Living and global possession supervisor Blackrock acquired the real estate in February last year for $148 million.
Weave Suites – Hillside is readied to launch in March with beginning costs from $199 per night with a minimal six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.
The building stands near Orchard Road. It is also within walking range of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stations, providing connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
The residence is Weave Living’s first pet-friendly place in Singapore and delivers services on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, work out center, bbq pit, and a family-friendly park.
