CapitaLand Development to launch LyndenWoods, first residential project in Singapore Science Park

Homeowner amenities include a co-working lounge, a 50m infinity lap pool, a leisure tennis court, a pickleball court, a devoted animal’s park, and the Lynden Club– a resident clubhouse with a fitness center, social lounge, and function room.

The launch of LyndenWoods comes immediately after CapitaLand completes the redevelopment of Geneo, an integrated development presenting five Grade A structures and the 250-unit Citadines Science Park Singapore. Residents of LyndenWoods will gain from the new amenities, F&B options, and placemaking activities arranged by CapitaLand at Geneo, that neighbors the upcoming apartment.

Notable property developments in the environment of LyndenWoods include National University of Singapore, National University Hospital, the one-north precinct, and Rochester Commons. Nearby schools and schools such as Fairfield Methodist School (Primary), Anglo-Chinese Junior College, and Singapore Polytechnic.

CapitaLand Development, the real estate project arm of CapitaLand Group, is readied to sneak peek the 343-unit LyndenWoods, the very first exclusive housing development in a refreshed Singapore Science Park, on Saturday June 28.

The project is going to comprise 2 24-storey pillars with a mix of 2- to four-bedroom units of 635 to 1,647 sq ft. The condo also features a two-storey basement carpark with 240 lots. Each of the residence towers are going to be constructed in a dual-point block style with landscaped sky terraces on each level. According to CapitaLand, this style follows an aesthetically fenceless concept that boosts natural air flow and lighting.

LyndenWoods rests on a 124,352 sq ft site that was previously occupied by the Defence Science and Technology Agency from 2000 to 2018, after which that structure was demolished in 2020. CapitaLand Development effectively applied to rezone the plot from market park to residence.

“LyndenWoods is a pivotal breakthrough in the progressing improvement journey of Singapore Science Park. CapitaLand Property development’s initial household property development inside Singapore Science Park shows our outlook to revitalize the place right into a dynamic, mixed-use development cluster,” says Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Development (Singapore).

This biophilic architectural design mimics the development’s proximity to close-by green rooms such as Kent Ridge Park and the Southern Ridges. LyndenWoods is even anticipated to obtain the BCA Green Mark Platinum certification.

CapitaLand Development’s newest residence project deals with growing demand for well-located, high-quality real estate and exemplifies just how integrated urban areas can provide both future-ready liveability and sustaining investment value, states Tay.

Two-bedroom units and two-bedroom plus study units comprise around 65% of the total unit mix, with 137 units of common two-bedders extending from 635 to 721 sq ft, and 92 units of two-bedroom plus study units of 850 to 883 sq ft.

LyndenWoods is a five-minute walk to Kent Ridge MRT station on the Circle Line (CCL), which is one stop away from one-north, and two stations far from Buona Vista Interchange on the CCL and East-West Line. The location around LyndenWoods is even supported by upgraded pedestrian and cyclist facilities.

Meanwhile, there are 45 three-bedroom units of 1,023 to 1,066 sq ft, as well as 46 units of three-bedroom + Guest (premium) type flats of 1,292 sq ft. Just one pile comprising 23 units of four-bedroom (premium) units of 1,647 sq ft is available.

The sales gallery is located beside 7 Science Park and the development is expected to release for sale on July 12.
