Samty sells two investment pools of Japan multifamily assets worth JPY49 bil
The very first investment pool includes 8 assets that will be managed entirely by Samty, whilst the remaining 22 assets will be co-managed by Samty and Japan real property investment management firm Alyssa Partners.

The investment pools involve 30 newly-built multifamily investments with a gross investment worth of JPY49 billion ($0.43 billion), with 70% situated in Tokyo, Osaka and other large urban areas within Japan.
