Hong Kong’s Swire Properties and Thailand’s City Realty unveil Upper House branded residences in Bangkok

Presented in 2008 less than Swire Hotels, the Upper House brand has actually become synonymous with polished layout, exceptional service, and understated luxury. Its move into branded houses represents a turning point in the evolution of the brand– and a statement of assurance in Bangkok’s increasing appeal as a worldwide luxury hub.
Upper House Residences Bangkok will comprise a 52-storey tower with 156 units. Interiors will be designed by BAR Studio, whilst wellness amenities are going to be developed in cooperation with international professional GOCO.
Toby Smith, chief commercial officer of Swire Hotels, defines the Bangkok task as “a milestone that heralds a new stage” for the brand. “It expands Upper House’s acclaimed hospitality into residential living and establishes the stage for our next stage of worldwide expansion,” he includes.
Construction is set to start in April 2025, with conclusion targeted for 2030.
The Wireless Residences by Upper House, a 71-storey high rise with 239 units, are going to offer interiors by PIA Interior and front-of-house solutions supervised by Upper House.

Swire Hotels currently runs 6 Upper House properties throughout Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United States, including hotels in Hong Kong, Chengdu and Shanghai– the latter two rebranded from The Temple House and The Middle House as part of a combined global brand identity. Five additional Upper House hotels are under enhancement in cities throughout China and Japan.

The launch notes the launching of the world’s first Upper House-branded homes, extending the renowned hospitality label into the world of luxury residence living.
Found on the city’s distinguished Wireless Road, both freehold residential high rises are inside walking distance of five-star hotels, premier shopping spots, international schools, and embassies. They will also offer panoramic sights of Lumphini and Benjakitti parks.

The design of the project will be led by Foster + Partners (Thailand) Ltd., whilst Bangkok-based PLandscape will be the landscape designer.
