Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad

Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s third Hilton accommodation, after the most recently started 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The last mentioned will most likely feature 304 guestrooms and suites.

In India, the firm has partnered with Fairmont Group, a property company based in the city, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the brand’s first hotel in Hyderabad.

International reception giant Hilton has already introduced the finalizings of 2 new Hilton Garden Inn real properties across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– that are going to both start in 2028.

Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to offer a all-day dining restaurant, cafe and lobby, fitness facility, swimming pool, health spa and sauna facilities. It is near nearby amenities such as Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.

Hilton Garden Inn is the firm’s upscale brand that offers affordable lodgings with raised amenities. The brand has approximately 40 trading resorts in Apac.

Positioned throughout a mixed-use property, the 96-room lodging includes an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and over 10,000 sq ft of gathering and function area. The property is close to Grade An office spaces and retail shops, with accessibility to major enterprise zone via the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling around Hyderabad.

The 111-key lodging will be element of a bigger mixed-use development, and is well-positioned to benefit from Busan’s expanding profile as a recreational, wellness and medical tourism center, claims Hilton. The city is targetting to invite 100,000 international medical guests annually by 2030.

In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton signed an operation arrangement with South Korean F&B manufacturing firm MS&C Co, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.

The resort is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the very first being a 208-key estate in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.

Noh Dae Hyun, director of MS&C Co, says, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural surroundings and regional infrastructure, we aim to develop a differentiated destination that integrates hospitality, wellness and residential experiences.”
