The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
Real estate within hospitality-led company provider The Great Room– covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– will operate under the Industrious label, starting July 1.
The Great Room also presently operates 2 areas in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.
The three new locations schedule to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Road, Shaw Tower on Beach Roadway, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.
The action will link Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) locations, previously running under The Great Room, right into its global network, the business claimed in a June 17 launch.

The rebrand comes 4 years right after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– acquired homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained complete control of Industrious in January 2025.
The Great Room presently runs seven areas in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.
