Hoi Hup Realty secures go-ahead for High Holborn redevelopment
Singapore-based real property developer Hoi Hup Realty has recently received the clearance from the City of London Corporation for ‘High Holborn’, a significant office-led redevelopment undertaking, according to a June 18 release.
The project works on the regeneration of a 1.4-acre island site making up three properties at 322 High Holborn, Holborn Gate and 44 Southampton Structures.
This major undertaking follows 4 years of adjustment by Hoi Hup, achieved with a collection of calculated acquisitions that brought jointly roughly 250,000 sq ft of workplace.
The redevelopment, manage by construction and property consultancy Gleeds, Make Architects, leasing advisors Savills and planning specialists Newmark, is anticipated to provide over 370,000 sq ft of brand-new Grade An office. The scheme will happen at a location adjacent to Chancery Lane underground stop and will be just within minutes of Farringdon Station and the Elizabeth Line.
